Over 1300 runners/walkers participated in The Challenge 5k on Saturday (Apr. 13). The race began and ended at the Purdue Stadium Mall. All of the proceeds benefited cancer research happening at the Purdue University Institute for Cancer Research. Since 2008, The Challenge 5k has raised over $1 million for cancer research at Purdue Univeresity.
