Now who’s gonna pay for this? The Bears want a combo of public and private funding they say. The mayor says no new taxes to get the project done as well. The Bears plan on forking over 2 billion or about 70% of the total bill. However, some estimates have the price tag over 4 billion dollars. Still, it seems like everyone in the comments had the same take….
