Questionable Calls Lead to Pacers Loss

By Jared Jesulaitis May 7, 2024 | 9:04 AM

Pacers lost their first game of round 2 121-117 to the Knicks. Jalen Brunson had 43 points to lead New York. Tyrese Haliburton was quiet, 6 points 8 assists as New York held the Pacer in check all night. New York would score just 3 points from it’s bench all night. Knicks also shot 48% from 3. Pacers held a 6 point lead going into the half, but were outscored by 9 in the 4th to close the gap. Aside from troubles scoring late, several missed calls by officials didn’t help the Pacers.

The kicked ball was bad, and most fans seem to agree the screen call on Turner was bad as well. That one really did them, as they lost their chance to tie the game. There were some positives though, you see that Nesmith dunk!?!?
