We may be getting a sequel to 2010’s The Social Network.

E! News reports director Aaron Sorkin revealed on The Town podcast that he is trying to write a script about Facebook’s connection to the January 6th U.S. Capitol attack.

“Facebook has been, among other things, tuning its algorithm to promote the most divisive material possible,” Sorkin said.  “Because that is what will increase engagement. That is what will get you to – what they call inside the hallways of Facebook – ‘the infinite scroll.'”

The Social Network starred Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, Armie Hammer, and Justin Timberlake.  No word on if they will return for the potential sequel.
