First it was the croissanwich, then it was the cronut, now it’s just flat. The newest food craze on social media is a flat croissant, which started in Korea and has made it to the US. Some are sweet, some are sandwiches like paninis. But making one at home instead of going to a fancy bakery is pretty simple, wrap it and put it on the recliner and just sit on a croissant, right?
