Jenna Dewan is claiming she is entitled to earning from ex Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike deal.

Daily Mail reports Dewan’s attorney, Samantha Spector, told the judge at a Los Angeles hearing on Friday (Apr. 12) that Jenna received some money, but it is unknown how much she sould receive.  Dewan claims Tatum had complete control over the business finances and trust.

“The Magic Mike intellectual property and all the proceeds thereon is the elephant in the room,” Spector told the judge.  “We have, for the last couple of years, been trying to meaningfully resolve this case, but every time we do, we get stuck on that issue with Magic Mike. We are dealing with a potential billion-dollar asset.”  According to court documents, Dewan claims she and Tatum acquired the Magic Mike intellectual property together.

Jenna and Channing share a 10-year-old daughter, Everly.  The former couple were married from July 2009 to November 2019.
