Cuba Gooding Jr. has been added as a defendant in a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

PEOPLE reports Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. filed a lawsuit against Combs in February, accusing him of sexual assault.  The lawsuit was amended on Monday (Mar. 25), including Gooding Jr.

According to the lawsuit, the actor “began touching, groping, and fondling [Jones Jr.] legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders” while on a yacht rented by Diddy in January 2023.  Lil Rod “believes” the musician was “grooming him to pass him off to his friends.”

Jones Jr. “rejected [Gooding Jr.] advances”, but “did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.”
