NBC News has obtained never-before-seen footage from the Rust set.
The footage shows Alec Baldwin handling and firing guns, while acting in character. He also shows concern for the safety of crew members. This new footage was recorded before his prop gun fired a live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Prosecutors in New Mexico were scheduled to meet with a grand jury on Thursday (Nov. 16) to discuss recharging Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter. However, the judge rescheduled it during a teleconference on Wednesday (Nov. 15).
