Official Rules
98.7 WASK (WASK-FM), 93-5 KHY (WKHY-FM), K-105 (WKOA-FM), B102.9 (WXXB-FM), and ACPP Construction Services are giving listeners a chance to win a new roof including labor & materials valued up to $10,000. Please see item #3 for full description of roof prize.
New Roof for the New Year qualifying will take place on the listed stations from December 14, 2020 to January 31, 2021 at 11:59pm. To qualify:
Enter online at either WASK.com, WKHY.com, WKOA.com, or B102.9.com during the listed contest dates. One winner will be randomly drawn on February 1st.
1. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local law regulations apply.
2. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age to enter and must own the property within 30 miles of Lafayette, IN where the roof will be installed. The property must be a single-family, detached home. All winners or qualifiers are subject to verification. Winner must have positive identification (such as a valid driver’s license) & verification of property ownership prior to receipt of the she shed. Any individual who wins an aggregate amount in excess of $600 in a calendar year will be sent an IRS Form 1099 at year’s end. Prizes and/or she shed will be reported as income in the winner. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxation of prize(s) and/or roof. All employees of Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC and participating sponsors as well as their immediate family are ineligible to participate in “New Roof for the New Year.”
3. Definition of roof: the term “roof” in this set of rules includes (but is not limited to): ? Singled roof including labor & materials valued up to $10,000

? Singles are Timberline HD Shingles by GAF
4. Winner of roof will be responsible for the following: ? Verification of ownership of property
? Installation will be scheduled by ACPP Construction Services
? Any installation costs exceeding $10,000 must be covered by winner.
5. Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC and other sponsors will not be responsible for prizes forfeited because of ineligibility. Should the winner forfeit the roof for any reason, it will remain the property of Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC and/or ACPP Construction Services and Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC and/or ACPP Construction Services has the right to select an alternate winner or retain the roof. Substitution of roof will not be permitted. Cash will not be rewarded in lieu of she shed. Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC will not be liable for the failure of promotional partners in providing roof.
6. By claiming the roof, the winner does hereby release and absolutely and forever discharge Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC, our partners, officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, agents, representatives and employers, both present and past, from any and all liabilities, debts, accounts, reckoning, obligations, costs, expenses, actions, and cause of action in every kind of nature whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, whether in law of equity, whether in the past or future, that you may now or hereafter have or claim to have against us based upon or arising out of our connection with, either directly or indirectly, anything omitted, or suffered to be done at any time in connection with the contest, promotion, or prize. The she shed winner also agrees to indemnify us from and against any claim, demand debt, liability, cost (including attorneys fees), expense, action, or cause of action based upon, arising out of, or in connection with your receipt of and enjoyment of she shed received.
7. Participation in “New Roof for the New Year” and acceptance of the roof constitutes permission to use the winner’s and qualifiers’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. For “New Roof for the New Year,” the odds of winner are based upon the number of eligible entries received, date, and time of listenership of 98.7 WASK (WASK-FM), 93-5 KHY (WKHY-FM), K-105 (WKOA-FM), B102.9 (WXXB-FM) during the stated qualification periods. Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC and other sponsors will have no responsibility of failure to claim any roof or problems incurred when attempting to qualify based on allegations of telephone, internet, or cellular difficulties.
9. All decisions of the Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC officials, promotions department, on-air staff, or management will be final. Any disputes will be settled by the Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC contest administrators. Qualified entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Neuhoff Media employees, which are final as to all matters relating to this giveaway. Failure to comply with the contest rules will result in the disqualification and the forfeiture of the trip. Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time without further notice.
10. No contest by Neuhoff Media Lafayette LLC is endorsed or affiliated in any way with Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
