4 Men’s Golfers in Top 10 as Day 2 of NCAA Regionals Tee Off

Purdue had a strong opening round yesterday as they continue to host the NCAA Regionals. 4 Boilers went into the club house at 1 under. That was tied for 8th. Same Eastbrooke was just a stroke back. That team performance put the Boilers in 3rd, just a stroke behind second place Arizona and 7 back from Vanderbilt.

Purdue continues to try to make the top 5 teams so they can qualify for the NCAA championships. So far so good. The Boilers were the first off the tees this morning and quickly found themselves with a 13 stroke lead over 6th place. Still plenty of golf to be played, but the Boilers find themselves in great position.
