Cate Blanchett will be in the upcoming film adaptation of ‘Borderlands.’ The trailer dropped yesterday and she plays bounty hunter Lilith, who unwillingly goes back to her home planet of Pandora to find the missing daughter of Atlas. She forms a team of mercenaries: Roland, played by Kevin Hart, a wisecracking robot, Jack Black, and quirky scientist, Jamie Lee Curtis. The team also looks for a hidden vault containing untold treasure. ‘Borderlands’ hits theaters on August 9th.
