WENDY’S WILL OPEN DRIVE-THRU THAT USES A.I.

Wendy’s plans to replace its drive-thru cashiers with Artificial Intelligence. The chatbots, called ‘Wendy’s Fresh AI,’ use Google Cloud technology, and are said to be sophisticated enough to understand customized orders and even answer questions. They’ll try it out at one Wendy’s location in Columbus, Ohio first.
