Multiple women have come forward and accuse Emily Ratajkowski’s ex-husband of sexual misconduct.
Variety reports Sebastian Bear-McClard allegedly had reached out to a 17-year-old girl on Instagram regarding a potential role for the film Good Time, starring Robert Pattinson. The girl claims she stood naked in a room with a several male cast and crew members. She said in a statement she was “utterly stunned and felt terrified.” Bear-McClard and the 17-year-old girl reportedly had a consenaul romantic relationship for more than two years following the Good Time incident, according to several other sources.
But, this wasn’t the only instance of Sebastian’s behavior. Another woman, who was 18 at the time, said she met Bear-McClard during production of Uncut Gems, while he was married to Ratajkowski. She claims he began “grooming” her on Instagram, making promises to advance her career. She said in a statement that an incident took place at his aparment where she and Sebastian “started kissing”, and things escalted from there, without her consent.
A spokesperson for Josh and Benny Safdie, whom Bear-McClard worked for on these films, said, “The Elara team were made aware of Sebastian McClard’s behavior in July 2022. They took immediate action and terminated him.”
