It’s May, and we have our starting grid for the 500! By the way, you can listen to the race on K105! All the details, here. You can even listen on the app!

We have our grid and it’s good to be Team Penske! 3 of them in the row. Led by pole winner Scott Mclaughlin. The full grid is right here.

The Yellow Submarine set the track record previously held by Alex Palou. The rest of the front row is filled out by Will Power and Joe Newgarden. It’s the first time since 1988 a team has swept the front row. That year Rick Mears, Al Unser Sr. and Danny Sullivan led 192 laps. That year Mears won in…you guessed it, the all yellow Pennzoil car. Can history repeat itself?

Kyle Larson was also the talk of the track. The NASCAR driver put up the 5th fastest time of the day and will start in the middle of row 2. Vegas has taken notice too as he’s has the 2nd best odds to win.
