Willie Nelson Is Publishing A Cannabis Cookbook With His Wife

Willie Nelson has praised the benefits of marijuana for nearly all of his legendary music career. And now the country music legend is quite literally putting his money where his mouth is by publishing a cannabis cookbook with his wife Annie which will be available on November 12. Willie & Annie Nelson’s Cannabis Cookbook is being published by Gallery Books, and promises to share the couple’s “favorite meals on nationwide tours, at the ranch, at home, and in their favorite cities along the way.” In addition to more traditional foods that can be made with the addition of cannabis, the cookbook will also contain an “additional chapter providing a full suite of cannabis-infused base ingredients—cannabutter, finishing oil, simply syrups, sugars, salts, and tinctures.” Check out the book’s cover and get pre-order information via Nelson’s recent Instagram post.
