 “The Penguin” returns to Gotham City and he’s pretty creepy. Colin Farrell is unrecognizable in the new trailer for ‘The Penguin’ – a spinoff series of the 2022 movie, ‘The Batman.’ The show takes place right after the blockbuster film, where Oswald Cobblepot, a-k-a the Penguin, is rising to power in Gotham’s underworld. Cristin Milioti, Michael Zegen, and Clancy Brown round out the cast. The crime drama streams this fall on Max.
