Chad Williams isn’t telling a fish tale when he says he caught a paddlefish “this big” and then gestures larger than his arms can stretch. At the Lake of Ozarks last weekend he not only shattered the state record catch but the previous world record as well. He landed a paddlefish that the Missouri Depart of Conservation weighed in at 164 pounds and 13 ounces. Chad is sharing the meat with his fishing group and plans to taxidermy its head.
