Kelly Clarkson is suing her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock for a second time.
Page Six reports Clarkson filed a complaint in Los Angeles on Monday (Mar. 11) against Blackstock and his father’s management company, Starstruck Management, for violating California labor laws. She is accusing them of acting as an “unlicensed talent agency” that booked business deals for her dating back to 2007. “Based on the wrongful acts and conduct of Starstruck … all agreements between the parties, should be declared void and unenforceable … and all monies previously paid by cross-complainants to Starstruck should be disgorged from Starstruck, forthwith,” the lawsuit reads.
The singer won $2.6 million from Blackstock in November 2023 for unlawfully handling her deals for The Voice, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Wayfair, and the Billboard Music Awards.
