Taylor Swift has been getting a lot of extra attention, since her relationship with Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce went public.  But, is it as much as people seem to think?

Per BroBible, Benjamin Hoffman of the New York Times calculated how much time Taylor has actually been seen on television.  During Sunday’s (Jan. 21) AFC Divisional game between Kansas City and Buffalo, the singer was shown only five times for a total of 24 seconds.  The week before that, Swift was shown five times for a total of 1 minute and 16 seconds.  For the New Year’s Eve game against Cincinnati, the “Karma” singer was seen three times for 12 seconds, and three times for 14 seconds on Christmas Day.

If the average NFL brodcast lasts 3 hours and 12 minutes, at Swift’s most exposed time of 1 minute and 21 seconds during a game, she is only on for less than 1% of the total broadcast.
