The NFL regular season is done. A couple of Purdue alums had great Sundays. First, Aidan O’connell made his case for the starter job in Vegas. Now, plenty of stuff going on there, specifically with who will be the head coach. And don’t forget, they did pay Jimmy G a lot of money. They made need to move him. So a lot of moving parts, but Aidan did what he could to make his case. He tossed 2 touchdowns against Denver 20-31 and 244 yds.

Raiders finished winning 3 of 4 (barely losing to the Colts). And, all 3 of those wins were against the division. You take out that horrible Christmas Day game in Kansas City and he’s averaging around 240 yds per game 7 TDs, 1 INT against the West this season. That’s not bad.
Meanwhile, the Browns were locked into their playoff spot before taking on the Bengals who were out and had nothing to lose. That didn’t stop David Bell and Charlie Jones from having a day. Bell would catch 2 TDs, while Jones led all Bengals receivers.

Good luck to David Bell in the playoffs.
