Olivia Rodrigo is being called out by an independent artist for stealing “intellectual property.”
Noelle Sucks posted on TikTok a side-by-side clip of her music video for her song “Your Mom Calls Me” with Olivia Rodrigo’s second performance from Saturday Night Live on December 9th.
The text on the video reads, “When you see ur intellectual property on one of the biggest, longest running TV shows for the biggest pop star run lol.” The text continues, “and then you see that you have mutal friends with the creative director of her team.”
Noelle’s text adds that she “produced”, “directed”, “styled”, “set designed”, “prop designed”, and “edited” her music video. She also adds that she is “flattered”, but “also an exhausted and hard-working independent artist.”
