Patrick Dempsey is crowned People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2023. Dempsey says his family laughed when he told them that he is the “Sexiest Man Alive,” and say he’s glad it’s happening at this point in his life.”  Dempsey say’s he hasn’t spoken yet to previous “Sexiest Man Alive,” Chris Evans.
