Kelsea Ballerini performed at MTV’s VMA Awards on Tuesday night (9/12). She sang “Penthouse” from her album, ROLLING UP THE WELCOME MAT during the live broadcast. She sang beautifully, but what most people are talking about is how she managed to change her dress during the performance. At about 2:20 into the song, she disappears in a fog of smoke but continues to sing and seconds later is wearing a different dress. Impressive!
