Tonight at 8pm, ESPN will air it’s annual ESPY awards. The made up award show they designed to fill the content void when the baseball season takes it’s all star break. With no sports they need something, and thus the show was born. There will be no host as the writers strike is still on but it will still have a star studded list of presenters.

Purdue’s Zach Edey is up for Male College Athlete of the Year. He’ll have to get past Duncan McGuire of Creighton Soccer, Brennan O’Neill from Duke Lacrosse, and Caleb Williams from USC Football. Iowa’s Caitlin Clark is up for the Female side of the category.

If he has trouble getting basketball shoes in his size, can’t imagine how hard it is to find dress shoes.  Good luck Zach!
