Bryan Cranston who infamously played Walter White in the popular show “Breaking Bad” will be taking a break from acting to try and “level out his marriage” he said in an interview with GQ UK. He is planning on shutting down his production company and then moving to the hills of France for “at least six months.”

Cranston says “She’s had to pivot and adjust her life based on mine. She has tremendous benefit from it, but we’re uneven. I want to level that out. She deserves it.”  He doesn’t want that his wife (Robin) has always been the plus one to the things that happens in his life. Now, he wants to focus more on her and rebuilding their relationship together. The couple plans on moving into a small French village, learning to cook French cuisine and just enjoying each others company.

Cranston is going to finish out some of the roles that he has already started as he’s got a role in Wes Anderson’s “Asteroid City,” which is releasing in theaters June 16th. Although, Cranston is also hoping to still pull off a “Malcolm in the Middle” reunion project.
