Sydney Sweeney discusses how she prepared her family for her role as Cassie on the HBO series Euphoria.
In a preview clip for her interview on Sunday Today with Willie Giest, Sweeney says, “My mom visited me on set at the time, so she like knew the story and I talked to her a lot about it – my dad didn’t. I didn’t prepare my dad at all.”
When Sydney’s dad and grandpa watched the show for the first time, she says, “My dad and my grandpa turned it off and walked out.”
However, her grandma is “a big supporter”. “She’s a big fan of mine. Actually, I bring her, usually, all over the world to my different sets and I make her an extra,” Sweeney says.
