According to the American Heart Association, a Taylor Swift song can be used to save someone’s life.
The organization posted on Instagram that using Hands-Only CPR to the beat of Taylor Swift’s “The Man” is the correct rhythm for chest compresions. “A song with 100-120 beats per minute — like Taylor Swift’s “The Man” — can help you keep the right rhythm,” the post read.
