Barbie fans have a chance to indulge at the new Malibu Barbie Cafe. Its got a life-size Barbie Box for selfies, or you can do your best Ken and jump on his surfboard. Pink is the inspiration for the menu. There is a hummus made with beets and a Beach Mojito. There are kid-friendly foods, too! The Malibu Barbie Cafe opens today in New York City and in Chicago June 7th.
