Toby Keith was in Lexington, Kentucky Friday night (11/4) to attend the Breeder’s Cup at Keeneland Racetrack and while in town he made a stop at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. The crowd was surprised to see him take the stage and perform for over an hour.
This was Toby’s first public appearance and performance since sharing the news of his stomach cancer diagnosis late last year.
He was recorded by a few in the crowd performing his hit song, I Love This Bar.
