The highly anticipated Sopranos prequel got its first trailer Tuesday. ‘The Many Saints of Newark’ is “set in the explosive era of the Newark riots, when rival gangsters began to rise up, challenging the all-powerful DiMeo crime family’s hold over the city” according to a press release.
he film is slated for release in theaters nationwide on October 1, 2021 and will be available in the U.S. on HBO Max for 31 days from theatrical release.
