Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave has unveiled his new song “Stand Up,” a collaboration Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons as well as Shea Diamond and The Bloody Beetroots.
Proceeds from the sales will be split between a number of nonprofits focused on the fight for racial justice, including the NAACP, Colin Kaepernick's Know Your Rights Camp, as well as the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Marsha P. Johnson Institute.
Additionally, Interscope Records and Kid In A Korner will donate an amount equal to the artists’ record streaming royalties over the next three years. The song was released yesterday. (July 2.)
